Application for Membership |
A society which was not affiliated with the Association at the time of its formation can apply to the Association for membership by: 1.Submitting an application and the current membership list to the President of the Association together with a copy of its Constitution as stipulated in Article 5. 2.Declaring its intention to abide by the Constitution of the Association. 3.Undertakes to make financial ontributions in such form and within such time limits as may be decided by the General Assembly. The Executive Board of the Association will first discuss the application and the Board of Trustees will make the decision. All decisions are final and the Board shall not be required to state the reason for its decision. Benefits to Member/Affiliated Societies 1.Listing of your society’s name and president in each issue of the E-Journal of APAGE. 2.The option of having the E-Journal of APAGE as your official journal. 3.*Profile in News Scope of your society and its officers with free circulation to your members. 4.*Your society president or their designee will receive: •Courtesy VIP registration to annual meeting. •Invitation to the APAGE Presidents dinner which is held at the annual meeting. •An invited to be a member of the APAGE international board. 5.Web site linkage between our Societies. 6.The opportunity to have your meetings recognized, endorsed, or co-sponsored by the APAGE (information available upon request). *You must provide a list of your membership with complete address to receive these benefits.
