APAGE Special Interest Group

About APAGE Special Interest Group (APAGE-SIG)

Special Interest Groups (SIGs) are an offering to APAGE members with the goal to facilitate discussion and engagement in subspecialties, which will foster member driven discussion and allow members to share common interests in gynecologic minimally invasive therapy to learn from each other.

Focus of the APAGE-SIG

The focus of a SIG is directed by SIG board members. The focus area should be broad and inclusive enough for our community of members to discuss topics of interest.

Functions of the APAGE-SIG

  • Organizing and supporting educational training programme and activities
  • Developing and/or adopting guidelines/recommendations with respect to clinical practice
  • Providing and/or supporting research initiatives of the members working in that SIG
  • Providing opportunities for exchanging opinions and building consensus through working groups
